Objective: To build a culture of quantitative excellence and mentor the next generation of mathematicians.
The Problem / Challenge
The school lacked a competitive STEM team; I had to recruit members and author curricula from scratch.
Technical Process & Actions
- Phase 1: Authored and taught over 400 competitive math problems ranging from AMC8 to USAMO difficulty.
- Phase 2: Established a mentorship program for 4th-grade students to foster early interest in STEM.
- Phase 3: Qualified for the American Invitational Mathematics Exam (AIME) in both 2023 and 2024.
